One bad-ass T-shirt

As I mentioned in my last blog, our very first shipment of Danny de Kort Motorsports team apparel has arrived.

Earlier this year, after careful research and consideration of all the possibilities, both locally as well as abroad, we opted to use the services of Wicked Grafixx, Kentucky, and it proved to be a wise decision. Even though the cost per shirt is much higher than if they were made locally, the quality of the print work along with that of the T-shirt are enough to offset this. The great thing is, we got a couple of companies onboard, such as TRES Networks and NAPA Auto Parts, who saw the opportunity to be part of something unique. What do you think?

The T-shirts form part of our fundraising program and are now available for sale. Choose between black or white tees, and regular or long sleeved. As we have fans in Europe and North America, we will ship them abroad (shipping charges apply).

T-shirt prices:
All sizes and black or white, regular sleeve        Fls 75.00     US$ 42.00      Euro 35.00
All sizes and black or white, long sleeve            Fls 95.00     US$  52.00     Euro 45.00

Passing the buck:
As part of our commitment to Ronald Mc Donald House Charities - Curaçao Foundation, with each T-shirt sold we will be donating Fls. 5.00 to them, so that they may keep providing their services, daily to kids and families in need.

Finally, I'd like to thank our good friend Andre van Hoop of Visuals Graphic Design who served as an advisor on this project.

To get your Danny de Kort Motorsports team apparel T-shirt send us an email at: daniel@dekortfamily.com or call us at (599) 9 511-5615 during office hours.

Thanks for reading and see you at the races.

Name, Number & Flames

As the end to the wait comes into view, activities in the garage have started to pick up.

Like us, many racers are holding fundraising activities. One of them, the Black Max Racing Team have invited us to attend their car show this weekend. If we finish the car in time, we might be in a position to help them draw a larger crowd and in doing so raise more funds. The event is scheduled for Saturday, April 7, at the Stadium Ergilio Hato (formerly known as SDK), from 19:00 to 23:00 hours.

A shout out goes out to our friend Andre van Hoop, from Visuals Graphic Studio, who in spite of it being a national holiday, came out to help us with the vinyl lettering on the car.
It should be noted that the graphics on the car as well as the decals were designed by him and cut by Tramm Imaging, our sole supplier of racing decals and vinyls.

See you at the races.
